      just go to your near by SBI bank and apply for new ATM card (rs:100)….u may get new card within 10 to 15 days …..then get ur pin number from ur main branch that mean in which branch u having ur account

      really a pathetic experience with s.b.i not only here in my local branch too i faced same problem above showing all no.s are useless and worthless really if you people want to upgrade your services first you have to get proper training. SMALL KNOWLEDGE ALWAYS DANGEROUS.

      I the account holder of SBI Jalahalli, Bangalore. My SBI account No is 30111705796. I withdrawn a sum Rs.10000/- from Induslnd Bank ATM at Tezpur, Assam on 12/10/2011 at around 11.26hrs through my ATM Card No xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. After the transaction I received the ATM slip, when I surprised that the available balance Rs.1034/- only instead of Rs 11034/-. Rs. 10000/- was extra debited from my account. I submitted a complaint to my nearest SBI, Salonibari, Tezpur and Indusind bank at Tezpur on the same day. They direct that, wait for some days the money will automatically revert to your account. After that, I approach so many times for the above said banks. At last the both bank said we cannot do anything for this complaint. You approach your parent bank i.e. SBI Jalahalli.
      I forwarded a complaint to SBI, Jalahalli, Bangalore on 29 October 2011 through registered post. But there is no reply received from them till date. You are requested to do needful for early returned the money to my account.

      My SBI debit card (Obtained in the month of Sep, 2011) couldn’t be used for the past one week for any transactions. I tried last day and got a receipt stating CARD EXPIRED…But on the card it tells that sep 2016 is the month and year of expiry…Can somebody help me out to figure out what really the problem is????

      Worst experiencing with SBI sites. None of the phone number works. Not even the call center nos. SBI manager need to do something to update these websites. There should be some regulatory to handle these fack nos.

      worst.. tolfree numbers are useless. SBI really dont know how to take care of its customers. This is jus because all government sectors transaction will process through SBI. it will never reach the customer to improve business.. just proud they are having more business with existing customers.

      I have tried to take Rs. 2500 from University of Madras SBI ATM (Chepauk). At the end the machine got hanged and I didn’t take the amount. But Rs. 2500 has been debited from my account. Will the amount be credited back to my account.
